High-contrast photo fragments show sections of the architecture at the Museum of Applied Arts in Frankfurt, designed by Richard Meier. The photos were taken in 1985, the year that the museum opened. They are accompanied by text fragments from Le Corbusier, Demokrit, Theo van Doesburg, Naum Gabo, Hans Hollein, Yves Klein, Rob and Leon Krier, Richard Meier, Antoine Pevsner, Hans Poelzig, Mies van der Rohe, Werner Ruhnau and Louis Sullivan. The text and photo fragments are positioned on top of, alongside and facing each other.
