Photographs taken in the Spanish city of Cuenca and in Frankfurt, Germany, using time exposure, are placed in relation to poems from Rafael Alberti’s cycle “Über die Engel” [Concerning the Angels]. The photographs are created while walking through the cities, without looking through the viewfinder. The images are determined by coincidence and by the photographer’s movements.
