This project includes three photographs taken in the Spanish city of Cuenca with time exposure. The large-format photographs are bound in accordion format and must be unfolded in order to view them. Each accordion includes a text from Italo Calvino’s cycle “Die unsichtbaren Städte” [Invisible Cities] on the back “Die Städte und die Zeichen 1, Die subtilen Städte 2, Die Städte und der Name 3” [Cities and Signs 1, Hidden Cities 2, Cities and Names 3].
